CCC has teamed up with Ames Construction to work on the City and County of Denver’s 8th Avenue Bridge Replacement Project. This project includes the demolition and replacement of the 8th Avenue bridge over the South Platte River. To improve public safety, the existing 92-year old bridge will be demolished and replaced with a wider bridge which adds a second eastbound through lane and 10-foot wide sidewalks on both sides of the bridge. This is CCC’s fifth project with the City and County of Denver in 2021 and our first time working with Ames Construction.
